Lovely Family Fun!
helpful staff nice birthday great planning water park
The hotel staff, especially Seymaa and Tanzilla, are like family. They assisted us in a nice birthday party for my daughter. Aizhan at the Reception and Bermet, a restaurant greeter, were very nice with planning and support at the water park. The suite was lovely!
The only thing I found a bit inconvenient was the timing for park closures. It felt early when the park shuts at 5. I would have preferred slightly later hours to extend the day's enjoyment.

Our Grand Suite was spacious. It included multiple connected rooms with themed décor. Cleanliness was excellent. The arrangement provided ample space for everyone to relax after full days at the park.

The team parks are available. The hotel service was fast. Every staff member was hard working, and all are very helpful. This commitment ensured all requests are resolved efficiently, giving a smooth experience.
