friendly staff video games room cleaning free al carte
the staff were friendly. the video games and ps4 in the rooms with projector was a nice bonus. my kids really enjoyed that.
The room wasnt cleaned everyday properly. I had to request toilet paper as it wasnt restocked. there was no free al carte offered, even for 1 meal out of the week, disappointing.

indoor pool steam room noisy area staff help
the food was fresh and plentiful at the buffet i stayed for a few nights and did not run out of options for my meals. free use of the sauna steam room and indoor pool was also great.
the staff were not active in helping the guests especially in the eating areas you wait a while to see someone for a drink. the area is very noisy and i could not enjoy quiet time

the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me, and the facilities felt well-kept. rooms offered comfort and style. the dedicated staff significantly enhanced my experience.
The hotel bar was tucked away. It limited the available seating. it has a strange rule separating alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. finding a seat to enjoy a cocktail sometimes proved difficult.

The aquapark requires extra payment for towels and lockers. This inclusion would enhance the all-inclusive experience. several boutiques, shops, a supermarket, and a pharmacy are located near the hotel if you need supplies. the theme park access provides several entertainment options.

helpful staff nice birthday great planning water park
The hotel staff, especially Seymaa and Tanzilla, are like family. They assisted us in a nice birthday party for my daughter. Aizhan at the Reception and Bermet, a restaurant greeter, were very nice with planning and support at the water park. The suite was lovely!
The only thing I found a bit inconvenient was the timing for park closures. It felt early when the park shuts at 5. I would have preferred slightly later hours to extend the day's enjoyment.

Our Grand Suite was spacious. It included multiple connected rooms with themed décor. Cleanliness was excellent. The arrangement provided ample space for everyone to relax after full days at the park.
